RaDaK’s Sefer Mikhlol very colourful example of the artist’s great skill featuring intricate geometrical designs with gold as well as exquisite, colourful floral decoration. Verso, is the most historiated of all the arcaded pages and depicts various fables wherein an army of long-eared rabbits besieges a lone wolf in his castle, which has three turrets from which red banners are flying. In the van and the rear of the army, surrounded by lances, are rabbits carrying crowns and sceptres.
