Own an Authentic Facsimile Fragment of the Great Isaiah Scroll
Facsimile Editions produces the only museum-quality facsimile of the Great Isaiah Scroll, created from the original 1948 photographs taken shortly after the scroll’s discovery.
These fragments come directly from Isaiah Scroll sheets produced during our meticulous manufacturing process and are identical to the original facsimile.
Why These Fragments Exist
To meet our flawless museum-quality standards, we print a few more sheets than needed for the edition to cover any unexpected production issues. This results in a small number of surplus but perfect sheets. The three or four columns of text, on these sheets are carefully separated and offered as individual column fragments.
A Real Connection to Antiquity
Each fragment:
– Comes from an original facsimile sheet
– Is laser-cut top and bottom to match the contours of the ancient scroll
– Is printed on both sides for exceptional realism
– Looks extraordinary when displayed in an acrylic frame – it takes an expert to identify them as facsimiles
Many owners choose a clear acrylic frame to create a ‘floating’ effect. Acrylic frames are widely available from online retailers.
Sheepskin Parchment and Parchment Paper
There are two editions of the Isaiah Scroll, one on sheepskin parchment (the same skin used by the original scribe to write the Isaiah Scroll over 2,000 years ago) and the other on a specially milled parchment paper. There are just a few of each available.
Size & Presentation
– Approx. 27 cm (11″) high

– Mounted on archival, acid-free board
An icon of biblical heritatge

- He shall prostrate them, bringing them down and bringing them to the earth to dust. (PP)
- (Chapter 26:1) In that day this song shall be sung in the land of Judah, we have a strong city

- to bear draws near and in pain she cries out in her woes so have we been in your presence O YHWH. (18) We have been with child, we have been in pain
- in a sense we have borne wind, we have not worked [+your+] salvation in the earth, neither have the residents of the world system fallen.
