Parashat Vayyechi The first page contains an elegant panel framing the word parashah written in an intricate design surmounted by a beautifully painted crested colourful bird. The rest of the page is written within turquoise and gold filigree. Page 35 contains the end of the Book of Genesis which is skilfully and elegantly drawn as an interlacing geometrical design in gold, red and turquoise. The entire parashah spans three leaves (folios 34-35).
